One of my inside sources (ha, that is, anonymous poster here-if every single one of these anonymous posters is the same person, that person should really email because they're on top of things and they could help write if they so chose) has told me that there will be a community meeting regarding the infamous surveillance cameras on Monday, December 17th, at 7 PM. Now, I had heard that this meeting had been moved-any truth to that? I'll check it out. . .EDIT: The Pioneer site calls it a "Parent Information Meeting"; don't be discouraged. Show up and show the administration what you think of the policy.
Also, kudos to the plethora (great word) of Pioneer students writing in to the Ann Arbor News about the cameras. I must have seen at least five or six letters from Pioneer students in the Opinion section, in addition to a few parents. Keep up the good work. Make your voice heard!
