Cold
The Ann Arbor Public School System has the most illogical way of doing things. It was much too cold this morning for learning. I know that 10 of my friends' cars wouldn't even start, and 1 other whose car's battery almost bit the dust. This isn't to mention all of the little kids who had to stand outside in this weather to wait for their busses, well except for clauge of course, and their faulty piping or whatever it was. All more that I have to say is that if tomorrow is anything like today, and we still have school, I will sue!

Amen to that, it was terrible.
Auditorium was freezing too.
"Oh, the fans don't work."
Oh good!
I've heard the reason we had school was that the school didn't want to reschedule NAAPID.
I dunno... dangerous road conditions are one thing, but just bitter cold shouldn't close a school unless it makes any outside activity dangerous. The public school system is a wonderful thing, and should be open as often as possible so that youths can receive their education and better themselves. I AM NOT A SUKUP a i?
Scarlet Macaw, because the temperature to close schools is -20 degrees with windchill, I can see how someone would be mad that they didn't close it at -17 degrees. I certainly did when I was waiting in the "bitter cold" for my bus. Which was late.
